Terms and conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

- The rates are in Bath and included service and government taxes.

- The breakfast is not included.

- Check-in time 2.00 PM.

- Check-out time 11.00 AM.

- Late check-out up to 2 pm. charged 400 Bath, after 2 pm. full night charged.

- Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.

- The resort don't accept credit card.

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:

- Full moon booking: A minimum length of stay of 2 nights and arrival date at least 1 day before full moon date.

- Christmas and New Year booking: A minimum length of stay of 3 nights.

PAYMENT:

- 50% pre-payment is required upon booking, balance on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

- Anny cancellation received within 42 days prior to arrival will incur the full period charge.

- Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
